Pete has been a performer since 1967, in those heady days of the folk boom.
 

Over these years, he has been involved in many of the music events and festivals in the North West of England and at concerts, including the Atkinson, Southport Theatre, and West Kirby Arts Centre.

Pete is a long-time resident singer at the world-famous Bothy Folk Club. His musical taste is very wide. Everything from Folk and Blues, through to 60s pop and anything in between.

Pete also performs a widely acclaimed show dedicated to the songs of Donovan.

Pete has recorded a host of CDs including "Donovan Songs", "Snapshot", "Untrained Melody" and "Off the Shelf", featuring many of his own songs.

Colin's musical journey began at the age of 13 when he saw "The Escorts" playing at the world-famous Cavern Club and thought to himself, "that's for me". For his next birthday, his parents bought him a £5 Checkoslavakian acoustic guitar and that was it, he was hooked.

After forming his first band, "The Buffalo Band" and appearing on Granada TV's "First Timers" show with bandmates, Les Robbins and Frank Robotham, he eventually joined Liverpool harmony band, "Petticoat & Vine", appearing on a number of major TV shows of the time, including "The Benny Hill Show", "The Harry Seacombe Show". "The Jimmy Tarbuck Show" and "Score With The Scaffold" amongst others as well as a number of BBC Radio shows. After leaving P&V, he formed or joined the Liverpool bands, "Palomino" and "Waxies Dargle" before joining forces with Pete and Chris to form "The Wanderers".

Since 2010 Colin has been curating and presenting "Grateful Fred's Americana, Roots and Acoustic Nights" in Liverpool and Southport, bringing in leading US and World acoustic artists.
